Roles:

Receive and process interpreter referral requests.

Serve as back up for the front office including answering and routing phone calls, greet and route visitors to the appropriate staff member.

Assist with the management and administration for the licensing of sign language interpreters, maintain records/licenses, respond to questions and issue licenses.
