See the pattern in what goes between the tags?

To add a new one, you would put your cursor above the first <item> tag and paste this:
		<item>
		<title></title>
		<description></description>
		<link></link>
		<pubDate></pubDate>
		</item>

Then, you would just fill in what you need in between the carrot tags. Can you tell what goes where?
Title is the title of your news article.
Description is the first paragraph of your article cut and pasted in.
Link is the .pdf or .html link of the actual news item.
pubDate is this model: Wed, 19 Mar 2008 15:04:06

And if you wanted to, you would delete the last chunk...they go from newest at the top to oldest last. If I were you, I would not delete RSS feeds unless the item is an event and the date is past, or someone has you pull the .html version down.
