| April 24, 2008 | Beth Ellsworth, a Field Representative out of our Omaha office travels to Fremont, NE on a monthly basis. Appointments are accepted from 10am to 3pm. Beth sees clients at the Pathfinder House at 3010 N Clarkson, or will do home visits as needed. |

| April 18, 2008 | A presentation was given to the Scottsbluff SR Center on NCDHH Services and Hearing Loss. Those that were interested were assisted with the application and given further information on how they would receive their equipment. |

Donita sees clients at the South Central Area Agency on Aging office at 4623 2 nd Ave #4, or will do home visits as needed. |
