As per Title 96, Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Chapter 1, Regulations and Procedures for the Practice and appointment of Sign Language Interpreters, Code Section 7, Process for License Renewal:

  • 007.01A, The Interpreter or Transliterator License will expire on June thirtieth (30) of every odd year.

  • 007.01B, The Specialty License will expire on June thirtieth (30) of every odd year.

  • 007.01C, The Limited Practice License will expire on June thirtieth (30) of every year or upon completion of 30 hours of interpreting work in the State of Nebraska within the license year; whichever occurs first.

  • 007.01D The Provisional License will expire one year from the date of issuance of the license.
