Roles:

Assist with the coordination of interpreter referral requests as needed.

Assists with the management and administration of licensing of sign language interpreters and provides information on it.

Investigates grievances and appeals filed by consumers and/or agencies.

Conduct interpreter awareness workshops and presentations.

Assist with the development of educational and resource materials.

Coordinates and approves RID’s CMP/ACET continuing education activities.
